Economy / Finance.- Arquia Banca moves its headquarters to Madrid

The governing board of Arquia Banca, an entity that specializes in advising professionals, has agreed on Friday to move its headquarters from Barcelona to Madrid, maintaining its operational and service structure and employees in its current work centers.

In a statement, Arquia Banca indicates that it is in full process of growth with the opening, scheduled for early 2018, of two offices in Portugal and the recent purchase of Caja Abogados.

The entity, with a network of 25 offices located in the main cities of the country, has chosen Madrid as a destination for its registered office because it has already in this city with the general subdirección of Finance of the group and the direction of Private Banking.

In 2016 Arquia Banca achieved a net profit of 8.7 million euros, consolidating the positive results harvested every year since its foundation.

Likewise, the entity maintains a high solvency level, with a capital ratio of 24.6% as of June 30, 2017.
