Spain recorded the very best public deficit within the EU in 2016, 4.5 % of value

Spain's public deficit stood at four.5% of value in 2016, the very best within the entire European Community (EU), per Eurostat, the Community statistics workplace, on the second information provision provided in 2017 by the Member States.

The figure is one tenth below the four.6% of value that Spain secure to achieve last year with capital of Belgium.
