Economic losses due to earthquake could reach 47 thousand mdp: analysts

The earthquake of last September 19 could reach losses that would be in a range between 13 thousand billion and 36 thousand 700 million pesos, equivalent to 2 thousand 067 million dollars.

The 7.1-magnitude Richter earthquake collapsed buildings in Mexico City and left severe damage in other affected states such as Morelos, Puebla, Estado de México, Guerrero, and Oaxaca.

So far, the death toll has reached 293 people.
