The eMerge Americas forum is up for its fourth edition. And the person in charge of opening it with an inaugural talk is the cofounder of Apple, Steve Wozniak.
The forum is a meeting point for entrepreneurs, especially Latin Americans, and investors from the United States, with the participation of more than 100 speakers, and will also have an exhibition hall, a competition for entrepreneurs and many opportunities for the networking.
This technology conference will be held two consecutive days at the Miami Beach Convention Center in South Florida and brings together all involved in the technology business ecosystem and seeks to establish the city of Miami as the capital of the sector for all American continent.
It is expected to exceed the figure of 13 thousand attendees achieved in 2016.
"We have focused every year on connecting Latin American companies and organizations to bring them to eMerge Americas, and to learn the possibility of establishing themselves in Miami," said eMerge CEO Xavier Gonzalez.
Among the "global" speakers that will be part of the round of conferences is also Uri Levine, co-founder of the Waze application; media entrepreneurs Gustavo and Adriana Cisneros, from the Cisneros Group, and the former baseball player and now businessman Álex Rodríguez.
