Rivas teaches retailers to have their own online store

The Community of Madrid, the Rivas Town Council and the Southeastern employers' association (Asearco) have launched a program aimed at retail owners, so that they learn how to create and manage an online business, so that they increase and reach more customers.

The activity is being developed in Rivas and is aimed at entrepreneurs, workers and self-employed in the small business of the southeast region of Madrid, called under the motto "Basic pillars of your e-commerce strategy."

The training action is included in the 2017 Retail Trade Support Plan, financed by the European Regional Development Fund, Asearco said in a note.

Among other issues, the program shows the importance of carrying out market analysis as a step prior to the commercial leap to the network and explains which are the most suitable digital store platforms for each type of business and the options of logistics systems that can best fit to their needs.

On the other hand, we analyze the different legal and tax aspects that must be taken into account when setting up an online establishment, as well as the policy of customer service most recommended.

Finally, the attendees are learning the different ways of implementing payment methods and their advantages.
